John started Mohlis Consulting LLC in 2016. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCaretia Silva \n\n\n\nCaretia Silva\, (Ka-re-sha) is a Licensed Clinical Social worker of 20+ years and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She joined Kaiser Permanente in 2015 as a mental health clinician and performance improvement consultant for care delivery teams. She now serves a Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program consultant.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCaretia has been a member of AFT ONHP 5017 in the Northwest Market\, a Union Steward\, and has also served in a national special assignment role for the Alliance of Health Care Unions. She has been a national trainer for union members and managers in KP’s Labor Management Partnership (LMP) and was also a Tri-lead for the Executive Sponsor Learning Committee for Kaiser Permanente’s LMP.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn her current role\, Caretia provides consultation and support to employers to facilitate continuity of mental health care\, develop mental health strategy and collaborates to solution complex requests. She is also a practicing clinician. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJennifer Stacy \n\n\n\nJennifer Stacy is Vice President of Marketing\, Sales\, and Business Development for Kaiser Permanente in the Northwest market. In this role\, she leads the sales and service of medical and dental plans to employers and individuals and strategic market planning\, including business development\, rate setting\, and forecasting. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJennifer joined Kaiser Permanente in 2013 and has progressed in positions focused on the achievement of the highest levels of customer satisfaction and financially sustainable membership growth. Her deep commitment to connecting people and businesses to high-quality care and coverage has cultivated strong relationships with the Oregon Health Authority\, with the Washington State Health Care Authority\, and with Kaiser Permanente Northwest’s employer and broker community.   \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPrior to Kaiser Permanente\, Jennifer spent over 15 years working in the ancillary employee benefits sector. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTe-Yu Ruth Chang\, MD\, MPH\, CPC\, FAAFP \n\n\n\nTe-Yu Ruth Chang\, MD\, MPH\, CPC\, FAAFP\, is the Chief People Officer\, Vice President for the Advancement of People and People Operations at Northwest Permanente (NWP).  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDr. Chang leads wellness and resilience; equity\, inclusion and diversity; and talent acquisition and development strategies for this physician-led\, self-governed\, multispecialty group practice\, providing care to the more than 600\,000 members of Kaiser Permanente in Oregon and Southwest Washington.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDr. Chang is a family medicine physician. She joined NWP in 2005\, and through the years has served in various leadership roles.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShe serves as the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors of the Oregon Academy of Family Physicians.
