She has been a national trainer for union members and managers in KP’s Labor Management Partnership (LMP) and was also a Tri-lead for the Executive Sponsor Learning Committee for Kaiser Permanente’s LMP. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn her current role\, Caretia provides consultation and support to employers to facilitate continuity of mental health care\, develop mental health strategy and collaborates to solution complex requests.
